UNHCR is a complex decentralized organization, but our organization charts (also known as an organigram or organigrammes) offer a simple and efficient way to understand the functions of a particular office or operation, and the relationships between them.

Who is responsible for organization charts?
The Organizational Design and Job Evaluation Unit in DHR is the global custodian for organization charts.
While there is currently no policy on how to create these charts, please get in touch to co-ordinate production, updates and receive guidance or assistance on design issues, or if you would like to add your chart to this page: hqorg00@unhcr.org.
