🙋 What does innovation mean? And more importantly, what does it mean to UNHCR, and how does it relate to your work?

The Innovation Service uses storytelling to make innovation accessible, to shine a light on bright spots and promising practices, and to create new paths for organizational and systems change. This small booklet serves not only as a guide for innovation basics at UNHCR, but also as a map that connects you to other colleagues who are seeking to create change inside and outside of our organization. We hope what you discover in this publication warmly welcomes you to innovation in the organization and serves as a tool that you can return to as you continue your innovation journey.

As an idea, a process, a business model, a technology, or even by changing the dynamics across teams, innovation makes us pause and asks ourselves, “How can we do this better?”.
